How do I pay you?

Recently I was placing an order with your company. The order should have been successful. After filling out your form I received an order confirmation from your system. I verified that my name and address data were correct, I double checked all data. I also veryfied the bank account data I gave you and that my card is valid. Then I also checked with my bank, but no transaction was made from your side. So I am confused whether my order was processed by your system.

The order process seems to have went through fine and without any error message or any other problem from your system. But the only thing I received after my order was placed was this link from you. Please inform me how I can pay you.
