and presently we have 18,500,000 barrels allocation of pure Bonny

your contacts in refineries or oil tank farms as there is a margin for
commission of say 50 cents per barrel.Allocation and Export Permit are
available for verification,but you may decide that you can not
participate in the sales, all you need to do is to get
registered/licensed as an offshore oil marketer,because you will be
glad to have an Oil License to enable you Trade in any oil business in
any part of the world, if you are aware or not, Nigeria is the 5th
richest crude oil producer in the world and now we have a buyer
already in California USA ,TESORO- CARSON ,2101E PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY
WILMINGTON, CA 90744. We need a representative in the Contract
Signing ceremony between Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation
(NNPC) and TESORO- CARSON CORPORATION. The Contract Signing ceremony
will be held at TESORO- CARSON CORPORATION TESORO-CARSON,2101E PACIFIC
COAST HIGHWAY WILMINGTON, CA 90744,See attached file for the SPA of
the contract.

To attend the meeting, TESORO- CARSON CORPORATION will demand for your
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION issued by NIGERIAN NATIONAL PETROLEUM and
CRUDE OIL TRADING LICENSE issued by the ORGANIZATION OF PETROLEUM
EXPORTING COUNTRIES (OPEC). The total cost for the
Registration/License is just $1,215 (One thousand two hundred and
fifteen United State Dollar) only. Once you pay the Registration fee,
we will process and forward your Certificate of Registration and
License to you. We shall send you the Draft copy of the Agreement and
all the documents to prepare you for the meeting.

Note that your job will be very simple and easy. You only need to
present your LICENSE/CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION and OUR SALE AND
PURCHASE CONTRACT to the officers of TESORO- CARSON CORPORATION for
signing. After the signing, NNPC and SUMMIT OIL AND GAS LTD will load
6,000,000 barrels of pure Nigerian Bonny Light Crude Oil and deliver
to TESORO-CARSON CORPORATION REFINERY,TESORO- CARSON CORPORATION will
confirm the shipment of the crude oil and pay $300,000.000 for the
cost of the crude at $50,$1.50 per barrel to us ($4,500.000) and $0.50
per barrel ($3,000.000) to you as agent's commission. ALL THESE ARE
ALREADY IN THE CONTRACT.
