In view of on going government checkups between the federal government
of Nigeria and the international community United Nations, World Bank,
OAU in a quest to pay all foreign dept. Own by Nigerian governmental
functionaries and government parasitals through the new elected
president GCFR president Muhammed Buhari. This drive was engineered
by the newly elected president who have taken it upon himself to fight
corruption to a standstill was the reason he decided to seek the hands
of international communities to see that all the outstanding dept are
cleared to allow his new government to function to its optimum best.
He also stated that once these outstanding dept are cleared that the
country will move forward in every area in terms of modern
developmental goals.

Secondly, he also said that all foreign contractors who have one way
or the other worked with the Nigerian government both past and present
must also be paid all their entitlements, and we want to use this
medium to reach out to all foreign contractors who diligently worked
for Nigerian government both as an NNPC contractor, FHA, Federal
ministry of finance, Central Bank of Nigeria including those who have
been scammed with the name of Nigerian government both here in west
Africa Nigeria, Ghana, Togo, Benin republic, Ivory cost as we as South
Africa including those who merited this fund as an inherited funds &
contractors. We want to use this opportunity to appeal to you all for
all the inconveniences and damage these activities that have been
going on for close to 30 years have caused you and your family. We
asked you to bear with us and at the same time put a listening ear in
this new era of Muhammed Buhari government.

Meanwhile, with all due respect sir/madam, we urge you to respond to
this email to help our government to move forward and help us
re-position the image of our country in the international community.
