Who Wins In A Street Fight: ‘Smart’ Money or ‘Dumb’ Money?

Hey Trader,

I read this somewhere on the internet the other day:

"Just like people defend short-sellers and say they are a part of a healthy market that acts as a check on the bulls and on the longs…

...we need retail trading to act as a check on Wall Street."

I agree wholeheartedly.

As I was following the whole GameStop and Robinhood fiasco, I couldn't help but baffle at the fact that these rich and powerful hedge funds didn't want to compete for a second with retail.

If the hedge funds are scared of competing with retail at the free market, that tells you all you need to know...

In fact, it's the reason they resolved to "playing dirty" and asking for help.

The reality is the established financial system does not want us retail traders to win.

You can call me crazy…

But I'm sure if everyone - whether they got their picks from a Reddit forum or an "ideas dinner" - plays by the same rules, and they allow the free market to reign…

...retail traders will do a heck of a lot better than Wall Street imagines.

But listen, if you're going to play in the big boys' playground, they may want to push you around, so you'll have to stand your ground and defend yourself.

Now I'm no street fighting expert...

...but I do know how to get you ready to go toe to toe with the Wall Street bigwigs in the open free market once the time comes.
