Did you hear about Air Canada's AI disaster?
Apparently, a man asked a chatbot on the airline's website about getting a bereavement fair discount (which he wanted for attending his grandfather's funeral).

WTF?
The blowback over this was so intense, the airline removed chatbot services from its website (and reimbursed the man).
