We recently participated in a spin-off transaction in Heatseekers, which gave us access to shares in a great real estate company. This real estate company is now a newly independent public company after the distribution of shares to shareholders from its parent company, a financial services firm.
The spinoff was successful and the company is now up 18.37%. The shares of this company also yield 3.7%, which will likely increase over the coming year. This is a fantastic real estate company and it's poised for tremendous long term growth.
