The American Cannabis Summit was a monumental success - far bigger than any of us on the NICI team predicted. Together, we all made history.

I can tell you, I was in the room (off-camera, of course) during the Summit, and the excitement was palpable. I knew that an enormous number of people had signed up to see and hear what Speaker Boehner had to say, but actually being there to hear him say it was a real thrill.
Some of these were hard facts - like the U.S. legal cannabis industry already being $10.8 billion, larger than Canada's market will ever become. And that it will quickly grow to $50 billion.
Some were anecdotes and personal revelations. One big one was hearing how former Speaker Boehner, who was once "unalterably opposed" to legalization, is now "all in" on cannabis. He even said that after the federal government takes cannabis off of the schedules in the Controlled Substances Act, the industry will double practically overnight to $100 billion.
And when I got back to our NICI offices in Maryland and saw the response from Americans like yourself - I was stunned.
