These DF-21D missiles are just another instance. And with $3.37 trillion total trade passing through the region each year, this is a significant threat. It's all part of China's "nine-dash line," which is a territorial claim to nearly the entire South China Sea. Back in 2002, the U.S. Navy was forced to admit that this kind of attack was a serious danger... ...but 2002 was a long time ago. Now, times have changed. When I say that American prosperity is based on tech, I don't just say that because brilliant innovations have the power to revolutionize the market and haul in billions in revenue.
