Drivers passing by a billboard advertisement on Manchester's Fairfield Street are perplexed. The only writing on the billboard is, "Psychic Wanted - You Know Where To Apply," which is an advertisement for a psychic but has no contact information.

Mandoemedia, a company specializing in contact signage, informed local media that a mysterious guy purchased the straightforward sign for an undisclosed sum and supplied minimal details.

According to the source's testimony, the man claimed that a true medium would know precisely when, where, and how to reach him.

NFL teams are used to dealing with pre-season injuries that can set the team back during regular season. But the Baltimore Ravens are dealing with an unexpected and unique injury situation that will affect their entire season.

The Ravens mascot, a bird affectionately known as Poe, was carted off the field Thursday night during a game. As it turns out, Poe experienced a season-ending leg injury during a halftime game that included other mascots.

So now the Ravens are out a mascot before the season has officially started. And no, they do not have a backup mascot. Here's the team's plan to replace Poe for the year.

Furious locals have criticized an 80-foot-tall phone mast that was decorated to resemble a tree, saying it actually looks more like a "gigantic toilet brush," out of concern that it will spoil the lovely surroundings.

Given that the tower is taller than the nearby trees, many locals believe that efforts to hide it with fake vegetation have failed.

More than 20 objections were raised after the proposal was approved, with many claiming that the mast will harm the "visual amenity" of the Dundas Special Landscape Area and have a "detrimental" effect on Dundas Castle, which is nearby.
