Where To Look For More Plays Like TOP

Good Morning!   When a stock gains 3,769% in one day — traders pay attention.    Even if you don't end up trading something like that, it's good to watch it.    You can learn a lot about key levels, short squeezes, and where to look for the next potential opportunity…  Because everyone is looking for the next one.    Especially on a Friday when it's a prime day for short squeezes.    So where should you look next for short squeeze action?    Read on to find out… Where To Look For More Plays Like TOP  TOP Financial Group Limited (NASDAQ: TOP) gained 3,767% on Thursday last week, including after-hours trading.    So all eyes were on that stock on Friday morning...    It dipped slightly then had a massive rip higher back. It went back up to its after-hours highs for another 426% from its daily low.     But the problem with the stock is it traded at a low of $48.60 on Friday.   So it's out of a lot of small account traders' price range. Plus, it was a halt fest on both days...  TOP chart: 2-day, 5-minute candle — courtesy of StocksToTrade.com It's tough to plan entries, exits, and have a reliable risk level when a stock halts every few minutes.    So what can you do?    Look for sympathy plays...    Whether it's another low-float stock, a recent runner, or a stock in the same sector as TOP.   My focus on Friday was on scammy Chinese IPOs — the same sector as TOP.    That's why my number one watch was Magic Empire Global Limited (NASDAQ: MEGL). But the better play was in the more recent scammy Chinese IPO, U Power Limited (NASDAQ: UCAR). UCAR chart: 2-day, 5-minute candle — courtesy of StocksToTrade.com UCAR went from $8.10 to $75 on its first day of trading on April 20. So it was fresh in traders' minds.    On Friday, it had a spike right at the open as shorts got nervous after watching TOP the day before…    It opened at $6.30 and hit a high of $8.87.   But you don't necessarily have to look for stocks in the same sector to find some good short-squeeze opportunities…   Seeing a 3,000%+ short squeeze is enough to make any short sellers nervous…   So you can also look for recent low float, hot sector stocks that have been beaten down and are loaded with short sellers.    CXApp Inc.
