TOP STORIES Source: BBC When it's time to renovate an old house, there's absolutely no telling what might turn up.
That's the case for one family in Illinois that was just in the middle of a bathroom revamp. Rob and Grace Jones of Crystal Lake, Illinois were busy replacing a dated toilet paper holder when they found an old rag wadded up inside of the empty space.
But the rag wasn't empty, and when they unwrapped it, you can imagine their surprise when they found two empty hamburger wrappers and a bag of very well preserved half-eaten french fries.
Source: AP Fans of the well-loved classic movie The Wizard of Oz can rejoice - the original dress for lead character Dorothy has finally been found. And you have a chance to get your hands on it…that is if your pockets are deep enough.
The famed blue and white chekered pattern dress that Judy Garland made so famous when she wore it as she played Dorothy was lost in the early 1970s. No one was able to find the dress for decades.
That is until now, when someone at Catholic University of America stumbled upon the classic movie treasure. The dress had been donated to the drama department at the university and was assumed lost all these years after it was misplaced.
So now the dress is going up for auction, and it has a pre-sale estimate of anywhere from $800,000 to $1.2 million. The dress will be put on public display in New York for a short stint and then will be shipped to California for the public auction.

Richard Walker works behind the counter at a McDonald's on Liverpool Street in London, and when he's waiting for his coworkers to finish cooking the customers' burgers, he enjoys nothing more than breaking into song and lighting up people's days. Richard can be seen grabbing a microphone and performing a stirring version of This is How We Do It by Montell Jordan while his colleagues work on orders behind him in a video published to TikTok that has over 631,000 views.
