This crook sits at the top of my indictment list

WITH SHAH GILANI

Dear Wall Street Insights & Indictments Reader,

Elon Musk is a genius.

I don't need to go into the details there.

He's also a warrior.

Mr. Musk has battled short sellers, the media, the auto industry, federal safety inspectors - and he usually wins.

So in a lot of ways, I admire the guy.

But all that doesn't matter.

Because I also think Elon Musk is a crook.

And I hate crooks. In fact, I started Wall Street Insights & Indictments, in part, to expose all the swindlers, thieves, and other miscreants who populate Wall Street, Washington, and Corporate America.

The CEO of Tesla Inc. (NasdaqGS:TSLA) just battled the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission due to his foreboding, "Am considering taking Tesla private at $420. Funding secured," Tweet.

Under the terms of his settlement, Musk must pay a $20 million fine and step down as Tesla chairman for a period of three years.

All you Elon Musk worshipers (I know you're out there) can keep singing his praises. Don't bother emailing me to defend him. I'm not going to read them anyway.

This guy might be able to invent a fantastic vehicle, but as the CEO of a publicly traded company, he's a menace.

I've analyzed his past public behavior and activities and put together this exposé on Mr. Musk's nefarious deeds.

Read it and weep.

What you do with that information is up to you - but I hope you make better decisions than he did.

Now, not everyone out there is a crook like Mr. Musk.

In fact, there are plenty of companies and CEOs out there that I do like.

I'll tell you about a few of them next time we chat.

See you then.

Sincerely,

Shah Gilani

P.S. This isn't the first time CEOs have only had their best interests in mind. No wonder the top CEOs keep getting rich making an average of 296 times more than the typical worker. And thanks to the huge corporations and crooks on Wall Street, our economy is facing what could be the next major crash - some call it "The Great Reckoning." There's still time to act and save you and your loved ones, but you've got to act quick. Click here for more information.

Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results that may subsequently be achieved. One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk in actual trading. For example, hypothetical trading examples cannot possibly take into account the impact of liquidity or buyer and seller demand, and do not allow for slippage and associated trading costs and concerns. One must be aware of the risks and be willing to accept them in order to invest in the markets. One should never trade with money that one cannot afford to lose, and one must accept that there will be losses, and one must be able to sustain these losses, both from a financial as well as an emotional perspective.
